Review

Success score

To maintain the high integrity of our certification exams, EC-Cuncil exams are offered in several forms (i.e. different question banks). Each form is carefully analyzed through beta tests with an appropriate sample group under the supervision of a committee of experts who ensure that each of our exams has not only an academic rigor but also an applicability "in the real world". We also have a process to determine the level of difficulty of each issue. The individual rating then contributes to a global "cut score" for each form of examination. To ensure that each form has equivalent evaluation standards, cutting scores are set on a "by examination" basis. Depending on the form of examination being contested, cutting scores may range from 60% to 78%.

Number of questions : 50
Required success score : 70 %
Duration of examination 2 hours
Format of the review : QCM
Delivery methods : EC-Council Review Centre (ECC EXAM)

Who is this course for?

Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone involved in selecting and implementing VPNs or digital certificates. Without an in-depth understanding of cryptography, people simply follow the marketing beat. Understanding real cryptography allows you to know what choice to make. A person who has passed this course will be able to select the most beneficial encryption standard for their organization and understand how to effectively deploy this technology.

This course is excellent for ethical hackers and penetration test professionals, as most penetration test courses completely ignore cryptanalysis. Many penetration testing professionals generally do not attempt to decipher cryptography. A basic knowledge of cryptanalysis is very beneficial for any penetration test.
